Project Management
Project Management skills are used daily for our clients and their projects. RAA will create a project team to develop and manage the design and construction, making sure it strictly adheres to the plans and specifications compiled during the design phase. This service assures the client their project is being completed to their expectations, and to local and national codes.
Projects that Radtke And Associates, Inc. has accomplished include alarm systems, bleacher replacement, drainage projects, structural projects, re-roofing, elevator upgrades, building designs, and lighting upgrades. All these have been completed and met the client's needs without additional cost to them.
An experienced Project Manager is assigned to each project to be the direct contact between the company, the client, the contractor and the governing agency. This provides exceptional communication and excellent project performance.
